Eligibility and Criteria: Membership requires fulfillment of all the following at the time of application.

• Each shall be board certified in ophthalmology and be/or have been engaged in the practice of ophthalmology.

• Each shall have completed a medical and/or surgical retina fellowship.

• A candidate for membership must be sponsored by a member who is in good standing.
